12.1 Really Curly

This is an additional variation technique on the curling tong. In this tutorial Paul shows you how to create a defined curl using a very narrow curling iron. Paul explains how this technique can be used on any hair type.

Cutting

14. Bob

This technique is a classic one length haircut which requires excellent precision for optimum results. This is suitable for clients who have fine, medium and thick hair. You can wear this haircut straight, wavy or curly. Watch the full tutorial to learn the right body positions and distributions of hair to create this haircut.

15. Graduated Bob

This graduation technique builds up weight in the hair. This is suitable for clients who have predominantly fine to medium thick hair. Thick hair would require less of an incline in angle and texturing hair to thin out the angle. Learn the correct sectioning and distribution of hair in executing this techniques.

16. Seamless Graduation

This graduation technique can be used for mid-length to short hair. This layer removes weight from the crown to the occipital, and removes length and weight from the occipital down to the nape. This will provide great versatility in any shape. Learn the right elevation and distributions of hair which best achieves this look.

Colouring

17. Classic Full Head Highlights

This technique is used for clients wanting a complete full head of colour. The same technique applies for highlights and lowlights and it enables you to achieve different tones throughout the hair. Learn the right body positions and techniques to prevent seepage and bring optimal results.

18. Pre-Lightener

This technique is used on clients who wish to lighten their hair all over. It can also be used on clients who want a complete change of colour. Pre-lightener will strip the natural pigment of the hair, leaving it blonde. Toning pre-lightened hair is quite a common technique to achieve the correct colour. You will cover this during your training. Learn the right body positions and products to use with this lesson.
