Welcome to our apprentice training programme. This programme will be focusing on all your fundamentals of hairdressing. From theory and particle learning. The content of the training will be based all around the Elements manual. This one day a month training will allow you the apprentice or the salon owner to gain more training for your team.
Look at this day as an extra training session to speed up your salon training.
Suitable for Dublin, Kildare, Wiclow, Meath, Lough salons
When - Mondays
Time - 9:30am- 5pm (1 hour lunch)
Class layout - Presentation but mainly workshops.

Who is it for?
This is for a and trainee years 1-4. However, this is actually for any stylist wanting to upskill on their classic techniques.
The educator will deliver the class from a basic level in order for every student to follow. Furthermore, he/she will highlight every area that previous students have struggled with. This really helps for you to move forward at a quicker pace.
These Monday training sessions are predominantly for trainee’s and salon owners wanting to speed up their trainee programme in order to get the team onto the floor making money.
All techniques are followed from our Elements Education programme.

Why are we running the training?
Paul Davey Co owner of Davey Davey wanted to invest into his young vibrant apprentices by providing extra educational days in order to progress his team in a more productive way. But offering regular education, Paul has seen big development with his team, and wanted to offer this out to fellow industry people.

Student/Trainee Profile
Salon owner: If you are wanting to offer your team education or you might also only be wanting to put a team member through finishing school. This is perfect for you.
Apprentice: You must be working in a salon already for this type of programme. But if you are not, we would recommend you purchase Elemernts video programme which will ensure you do not fall behind.

You will need to provide your own models or dummy head and stand.
Full hairdressing equipment. Including scissors & comb, hairdryer, a full set of brushes and electrical straightening iron and curling tongs.
Most of all you will need to turn up focused and ready to engage.
