About Christel Lundqvist

Founder of STIL Salon and 3 times winner of the prestigious British Hairdressing Awards British Colour Technician Of The Year, Christel Lundqvist boasts an impeccable pedigree with a winning combination of creative flair and technical experience that has seen her become one of the most sought-after, influential colour experts in the hairdressing industry today. 

Christel has also worked as a brand ambassador for international product houses including Wella Professionals and now, at TIGI, as Global Creative Technical Director for the last six years. This multi-faceted role – spanning creative projects, education and product development – has seen Christel shoot global brand campaign imagery, create colour trends on the catwalk at Fashion Week shows including Mark Fast, Sophia Webster and Manish Arora, in addition to producing fashion trend reports.

Her knowledge of trends, combined with an artist’s eye for colour has seen Christel work with high profile names including PINK, Noomi Rapace, Zak Starkey, Ellie Goulding and Pixie Lott, whilst her work has featured on TV and in publications such as Vogue, Tatler, Harpers Bazaar,  Elle, Glamour, Grazia , InStyle and more.
